domestic shipping within Singapore transit to be between 2-7 business days of
placing your order. International shipments to locations outside of the Singapore
can take between 7-21 days. Please note that these are estimates and delivery
could occur in more or less time.
Delays may occur
as result of conditions beyond our control such as during the festive season, missing
delivery information, service interruption, severe weather and customs
customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package,
which may delay the estimated delivery time. Please note that additional taxes
and customs fess may apply at the cost of the customer. We are not responsible
for any duties, customs, tariffs and taxes applied to your package. You will be
responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
We are required
by law to declare all items at full price and cannot alter this amount to

You’ll be given a tracking number and will be
able to track the delivery once we prepare your shipment confirmation.We work with a third party shipping company

process overseas orders within 2-3 business days, with the exception of
Singapore bank holidays. All deliveries will be tracked once we prepare your

Customers receive a full refund
when they send back unopened products within 30 days of receiving them. If
products have been opened, customers will receive store credit when they send
back the opened products within 30 days of receiving them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must
be sent to us in the original packaging. If more than one bottle is opened,
then you are not eligible for the return and/or refund.
