What is your returns policy?
Tons of people have love and have benefited from our products and we believe you will too. However, you can return items for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund (minus shipping charges) for unopened items in the original form of payment and store credit for opened items. To return an item or if you have any questions, simply contact us at support@santiviahealth.com.
In order to best assist you, please include your name, order number and the name of the product you’d like to return. Please ensure you double check your shipping information when placing your order, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that results from incorrect information.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent to us in the original packaging. If more than one bottle is opened, then you are not eligible for the return and/or refund.
Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping costs unless we have sent you the wrong product or the product is defective, and that we do not issue refunds or store credit past 30 days.  The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take about 14 business days.
