How will my items be shipped?
We use various carriers to ship your Santivia® products. 
Please ensure you state the correct delivery address and phone numbers so the courier can contact you and deliver the package to the right place.


How long does it take for orders to arrive?
We estimate domestic shipping within Singapore transit to be between 2-5 business days of placing your order.

International shipments to locations outside of Singapore can take between 5-21 days, depending on location. Please note that these are estimates and delivery could occur in more or less time. 

Delays may occur as a result of conditions beyond our control, such as during the festive season, missing delivery information, service interruption, severe weather and customs clearance. 

How will my order be tracked?
You’ll be given a tracking number to track the delivery of your Santivia® package once we have prepared your shipment confirmation.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes! International shipping is available at checkout.

For international shipment, what do I need to know about taxes and custom duties?

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Please note that additional taxes and customs fees may apply at the cost of the customer. We are not responsible for any duties, customs, tariffs and taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
